This would make an awesome story. Bats loses the mansion for non-payment of taxes, so he has to move into Clark's apartment, where "Odd Couple" hilarity ensues. There should definitely be a graphic novel about this.
Good afternoon from Canada!! I hope this finds you and yours well.
Picture this, guys, if you will: Clark and Bruce have gone to a party, not necessarily the same party, but a party. Clark retires for the night and is dead to the world when who should come staggering in thinking its HIS room? That's right--Bruce. Clark is so out of that he doesn't realize Bruce is there until he feel a sudden chill and finds that the bedsheets have been swiped by his impromtu bed partner, who refuses to give said bedsheets back.
The artwork above is the results of their realization of the revolting development they now find themselves in.
Live long and prosper take care and thank you kindly!!!!
I have to say this piece is fantastic. The mood, character, and individuality that comes through with your renditions of Bruce and Clark is commendable. I was recently looking through the first Invincible hard cover and remembered how I was kinda disappointed that you had come into replace Cory-- but that being said, I can't imagine the book without you on it. You've come a tremendous way, and even though I love this piece, I'm personally glad to see you continuing your work on the best super hero comic out there.
Thanks! Means a lot. Looking back I'm also a little dissapoited Cory stopped drawing it too, HAHA! Seriously my art just didn't look good, I had LOTS to learn. I hope I'm making it up to everybody now though.
I just finished reading the issue this is from, and it seriously made my day. My week. Heck, it made my *month*. The facial expressions in this scene especially were *gold*. Completely made of awesome.
